Last week we had dinner at Matt and Renee's house with some friends whom I had met on a trip to South Africa last year. Nora helped Matt make a couple of gluten-free pizzas which were amazing!
Hiking the pipeline trail
This morning we went for a hike along the pipeline trail, a right-of-way for a massive water pipeline that extends from the Snoqualmie River valley to Seattle. Today was the first clear day we have had in over a month, so we took advantage of it and went all the way to the top of the hill so that we could check out the views of the mountains on either side of us.Thursday, January 01, 2009
