Oh the wonders of learning to talk. Nora's new favorite word is 'no.' She has gotten quite good at expressing her opinion. Don't have a clue where she got that ;-)
When I walked into Nono's daycare room on Thursday afternoon, I saw her grab a toy away from another child and say "mine" while shaking her head 'no'. The beginning of the terrible twos?

Does Nora tantrum? Her cousins are becoming pros. I can't imagine it any worse than what they are doing now! I choosing to believe the terrible twos are a myth...I have to believe that to keep smiling during a tantrum :)

No and Mine are just words of confidence and leadership. Good for you Nora!
OOOH the joys of language development. Ana is right in cue with Nora in believing that if she verbally requests something she gets it IMMEDIATLY or watch out.
This was all cute and dandy her first dozen or so words, but now is a bit obnoxious as she can request just about anything and even pairs it with a please to really work your conscious.
When do they understand the "if",/"then" or "first"/ "then" concept.....15 months??????
