Nic is eating just about anything put in front of him right now. He LOVES green beans, carrots, and applesauce. He's started gnawing on Cherrios every once in a while, but they are mainly to play with and push off the tray. It is so much fun to see him develop and grow!
His new ability to sit up has made life around here feel a little more normal. He joins us at the dinner table, sits in a "big boy" car seat and plays on the floor with Nora and his toys.
The biggest change in Nic has been in the sounds and faces he makes! He is now forming some consonant sounds and uses them at strategic moments such as when we lay him down for the night: Mamamama and Dadadada. He has already figured out how to tug at our heart strings! He has also found his tongue and is able to curl, point, and turn it all over the place which makes for some funny faces.
